Which product is best for me? It really depends on where you are in your development and interest, see this page
What skill level do I need to start with the Jazz Exercises? The Jazz Exercises are not meant for beginning guitar players. If you cannot play the most common major and minor scales with some degree of confidence, you will have a hard time with the exercises. So, in that case, you're better off starting with the online course Jazz Guitar-The Basics, that treats basic chords and scales, and touches the subject if improvisation.
Do you have chord melody arrangements of standards? Yes, there are two books published by Hal Leonard, these are advanced arrangements.
Do you sell digital copies of the Hal Leonard books? No, but you can get digital versions from Hal Leonard and many other distributers like Amazon
DVD's have become less common, and replaced by online products, but if you do order a DVD: how long does it take? Within Europe 2-5 days, it is quite variable, outside Europe 7 days, sometimes up to 10 days. Occasional (longer) delays are possible, but do not occur often.
What is the fretboard visualiser plugin? It's a VST plugin for audio software, that has been replaced by fretboard videos. It is still available in the older products, but not required. If you are not into VST plugins, forget about it, you don't need it.
Can I use the midi files from the Jazz Exercises and Refills in other midi software? Yes, but the midi channels (11-16) are associated with strings (1-6). Not all midi software will make this distinction: so you can always play and display the midi, but the channel information may or may not be used properly. So in all cases you will see the right notes, but not always played on the same strings as the original. Band-in-a-box can display the midi correctly, including position/string.
